I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Jasper, AL. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked. The bed slept great, the linens were fresh, and everything looked and smelled clean. The common areas were just as well maintained, which says a lot about how much pride the team takes in the property. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a great variety. It was the perfect start to the morning. The location was convenient, quiet, and felt safe, which made the whole stay even more relaxing. What stood out most was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful, and you can tell they care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Jasper area. 10/10 experience all around.
Very impressed with the staff, rooms and breakfast at this hotel! The omelettes actually tasted like egg and had a lot of flavor from the peppers. We also loved the pancake machine!

We have traveled extensively, and I'm happy to say, this is an excellent place to stay! Very pleasant staff, very clean rooms, and a great breakfast buffet! Including bacon! Yes, it's 3 miles off hwy 22, but we'll worth it! We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
Clean, Quiet, Comfy. Gr8 breakfast. 2 pools. Oh and, fresh cookies in the evenings.

Great stay for a long weekend. Nice decor throughout the hotel, the rooms were spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the breakfast included hot and cold options, including a pancake maker!
Very comfortable hotel with incredible staff. Check-in was easy. Our room was comfortable and quiet—with the exception of the AC, which squealed when it turned back on. Pool, gym, business center, and free breakfast make this a good deal all around.
